A warehouse, a price list, shops ordering every week
The shop ordered on WhatsApp. The warehouse never saw it.
Felesh for wholesale: an order message becomes a file the warehouse can see
This is how the day runs now. Three places, one phone.
And before the truck leaves: what is on the list?
This is how we set up a wholesaler.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Days 1–2 · Channels
We connect the channels shops use.
Felesh asks which parts of your work to run. Inbox and Orders come on. Connect Instagram, WhatsApp and your website, and shops reach you in one inbox.
- 2 Day 3 · Price list
Your price list answers the price question.
Add your price-list file and delivery terms. A shop asking for rice gets the price on your list. A price the list does not hold reaches you, with the reason.
- 3 Days 4–5 · The order file
An order message becomes an order file.
Add your products by hand: price and stock, one item at a time. Open the first order message from the chat. Felesh drafts the order file and waits for your yes. The lines come from your catalog, and the order gets a number.
- 4 Day 6 · Warehouse
The warehouse sees what to pick.
Invite the warehouse person in the panel. A lane named “To pick” holds the orders, each with its task and an owner.
- 5 Day 7 · Reorders
A reorder is a dated task for each shop.
For each regular shop, add a dated reorder task. It sits on the shop’s record, with the reminder time you set in the panel. Then set up the weekly order brief: on Friday it shows what is due.

What Felesh does not do here.
And what to do instead.
- It does notIt does not capture an order without you.InsteadYou open the order file from the chat and say yes to the draft.
- It does notIt does not keep a price list for each shop.InsteadOne price per product. Your uploaded list answers price questions.
- It does notIt does not repeat a reminder every week.InsteadAdd the next reorder task when you close this one.
- It does notIt does not count your stock or print pick lists.InsteadThe “To pick” lane is yours.
- It does notIt does not send invoices or take payment.InsteadThose stay where they are.
Does it quote the right price for each shop?
No. It repeats what your uploaded price list says. There is one price per product, and a stale list gives a stale answer.
Does it remind shops to reorder?
It reminds you. A reorder is a task with a date on the shop’s record, and the reminder time is set in the panel.
Can my warehouse person use it?
Yes. You invite them in the panel. They see the “To pick” lane and the tasks assigned to them.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
