A desk full of requests, never quite the whole picture
I signed it, and found out later half the story was missing.
Felesh for the person who decides: the whole story, before you sign
This is how decisions reach you now. Four people, one request.
And later: why did we agree to this?
This is how we set up a desk that decides.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Days 1–2 · Your board
We set up a place for what waits on you.
Tell Felesh which part of your work to run. It makes a board; the stages are your own words, and you can rename them in a click.
- 2 Day 3 · The request file
Every request is a file.
Invite your colleagues in the panel; the assistant in chat does not. Sarah’s note, Legal’s read and the budget file sit on the request, each with who added it and when.
- 3 Day 4 · What you heard
Tell it what you heard.
Tell it about one open request, in a sentence. One sentence becomes a draft with its reason beside it. Nothing is recorded until you say yes.
- 4 Days 5–6 · The decision
Decide, and the reason is kept.
Give each request its decide-by date; late ones show in Overdue, and you set the reminder time in the panel. The task is done, the reply to Aster Co. has its date, and the request’s history keeps the decision with your reason.
- 5 Day 7 · The morning list
You set up a morning list, once.
Each morning it finds what waits for you, adds a short summary and puts it in your notices. You can ask what is due this week, too.
What to bring
- The requests waiting on you now.
- The notes your colleagues already have.
- Your colleagues’ emails.

Is this an approval workflow?
No. It is a board for what waits on you, a task for each decision and the request’s own history. You decide; Felesh keeps the story and the reason.
Does it decide for me?
No. A change Felesh drafts waits for your yes, with its reason beside it.
Can Legal or Finance see the request?
Invite them in the panel. What people write on the request is there for everyone who can open it.
How long does setup take?
7 days, one short step a day. Naming your stages takes a minute, and you do it once.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
