One product, many requests, a team waiting on your call
Three customers asked for the same thing. I heard it from the third.
Felesh for product managers: every request on one board, every ask on its file
This is how requests reach you now. Three places, none of them a list.
And before planning: what do customers ask for most?
This is how we set up a product manager’s workspace.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Days 1–2 · Requests
We open a place for requests.
Felesh asks which parts of your work to run, and opens a Requests board. You name the lanes in your own words.
- 2 Day 3 · One file per request
One request, one file.
Tell Felesh your open requests, one sentence each. Each customer who asks is a note on the same request, so the file shows who asked and when.
- 3 Days 4–5 · Who asked
Say who asked. It waits for your yes.
Invite the colleague who builds, in the panel; they see the same board and tasks. File each new ask by telling Felesh in one sentence. The note waits as a draft, with the reason, until you approve it.
- 4 Day 6 · A notice
A notice when a note lands on a request.
You build it once, in two steps, and test it first. The notice arrives in the app.
- 5 Day 7 · The brief
Your monthly brief.
You build it once: the last day of the month, which requests to find, a summary in the app. Ask it a question, too.

What Felesh does not do here.
And what to do instead.
- It does notIt does not count asks or rank requests.InsteadRead the notes on the request; the names are listed.
- It does notIt does not decide for you or build a roadmap.InsteadA decision is a task with a date.
- It does notIt does not hold a public voting page.InsteadKeep customer-facing lists where they are.
- It does notIt does not message customers back.InsteadIt sets a dated task for you.
- It does notIt does not read your tickets or call recordings by itself.InsteadTell it in a sentence, or attach the note.
Does Felesh merge duplicate requests?
No. You say which request a new ask belongs to, and the note waits for your yes. You decide whether it is the same request.
Does it show how many customers asked?
No count. The request’s notes list the customers who asked, and you can ask Felesh who asked for it.
Does the notice fire only on repeat asks?
It fires on any new note on a request. You file the repeat ask as a note, and the notice arrives in the app.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
