A website, an Instagram page, orders from across the country
She asked “where’s my parcel?” three times before I saw it.
Felesh for an online shop: delivery questions answered from your pages
This is how the shop runs now. Three places, one person.
And on Friday: which orders are still not out?
This is how we set up an online shop.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Start
We connect the website and Instagram.
Felesh asks which parts of your work to run. Inbox and Orders come on, and the board gets the lanes you name.
- 2 Days 2–3 · Your pages
Your pages are the answers.
Upload your delivery and returns pages. Questions they cover are answered from them. A question about one order reaches you, with the reason.
- 3 Day 4 · Catalog
Your catalog, one item at a time.
Name, price and stock, entered by hand. Start with your ten best sellers. Stock is what you enter yourself.
- 4 Day 5 · The order file
Every order is a file.
Open it from the chat. Felesh drafts it and waits for your yes. The lines come from your catalog, and the order gets a number.
- 5 Days 6–7 · Friday
Friday: what is still not out.
You build the notice once, in a few steps, and test it first. It lands in the app when a packed order sits idle.
What to bring
- Your delivery and returns pages.
- Your Instagram login.
- Your website, if you have one.
- Your products, to enter by hand.

Can Felesh tell a customer where their parcel is?
No. It answers from the pages you upload, such as delivery times and returns. A question about one order reaches you, with the reason, and you reply from the inbox.
Does it connect to my shipping company?
No. Felesh does not read carriers or tracking. The order file holds what you know and what you promised.
Which channels does it cover?
Your website widget, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram, in one inbox.
What is a late-order alert?
A notice you build once. For example, when an order sits in Packed for three days with no activity, Felesh tells you in the app. You decide what late means.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
