Three to ten reps, business customers
The quote went out and nobody followed up.
Felesh for a sales team: each customer on one board, each quote with a follow-up date
This is how sales runs now. Three places, no overview.
When a rep leaves, their customers leave with them.
This is how we set up a sales team.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Days 1–2 · The customer
Every customer has an opportunity.
Bring your customer list. Stage, owner and history sit on one record. Lanes in your own words, such as Quote sent, are added by asking in chat.
- 2 Day 3 · The quote
The quote draft waits for your yes.
Add your products and prices by hand, once. Lines come from your products at the catalog price, and you can edit the quantities. The rep sends the quote; Felesh sends nothing.
- 3 Day 4 · After a conversation
After every conversation, one sentence.
Type it or say it as a voice note. Felesh drafts the follow-up with its date. Nothing is recorded until you press Approve.
- 4 Days 5–6 · The team’s day
The follow-up lands on a rep’s day.
You invite the reps in the panel, and each opportunity has one owner. You build one notice, so a deal quiet in Quote sent tells its owner in the app.
- 5 Day 7 · Saturday morning
Saturday morning, where is sales?
You set up the weekly brief once. The Sales status dashboard is there whenever you open it. You can ask, too.
What to bring
- Your customer list.
- Your products and prices, to enter by hand.
- The reps’ emails.

Where do the prices on a quote come from?
From your products, at the catalog price. Add them by hand once; quote lines fill from there.
Does it chase the customer?
No. It sets a dated task for the rep, and if you build the notice, tells the owner in the app when a deal has gone quiet.
What does the sales manager see without asking the reps?
The Sales status dashboard, whenever they open it, and each rep’s results in the Rep performance template. A Saturday note arrives if you set up the weekly brief.
How long does setup take?
7 days, one short step a day. Entering products takes longest, and you do it once.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
