Several projects, several teams, one deadline after another
I spend every Monday finding out where everything is.
Felesh for project managers: Monday starts with the answer
This is how you find out where projects stand now. Four people, four answers.
And every Monday: where is everything?
This is how we set up a project manager’s workspace.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Projects
We switch on Projects.
Tell Felesh you run projects and tasks. The board opens with Scoping, In progress, Review and Delivered.
- 2 Day 2 · The project file
One record per project, with its client.
Add your live projects, one sentence each. Each project has a file linked to the client. Its history shows what moved and why.
- 3 Days 3–4 · Deadlines
A deadline is a task for someone.
Invite your colleagues in the panel first. Then tell Felesh who sends what and when, and the tasks appear under Tasks.
- 4 Days 5–6 · Overdue
An alert when a deadline slips.
Set idle days on In progress, so a project that goes quiet turns amber. Then build the overdue alert once in the panel. When a task goes overdue, you get a notice in Felesh.
- 5 Day 7 · Monday
Your Monday status.
A routine you set up once. Every Monday it finds the projects in progress and the overdue tasks, and tells you in Felesh.

What Felesh does not do here.
And what to do instead.

- It does notIt does not plan dependencies or draw a Gantt chart.InsteadOrder tasks by due date.
- It does notIt does not track time or timesheets.InsteadKeep time where it is.
- It does notIt does not message clients or colleagues for you.InsteadIt sets tasks and in-app notices.
- It does notIt does not roll several teams into one view.InsteadOne board holds every project; the Tasks tabs show each person’s work.
Can I see all my projects at once?
Yes. One board, with a lane for each stage (Scoping, In progress, Review, Delivered) and a card for each project.
Will it chase my team?
No. Felesh does not message anyone for you. It sets tasks for your colleagues and sends in-app notices to people in your workspace.
Do I get Monday’s status automatically?
You set it up once, in the panel. After that it runs every Monday and tells you in Felesh which projects are in progress and which tasks are overdue.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
