Each organization's data is isolated to that organization, kept inside its own environment, and never used to train outside models. When Felesh processes personal data on behalf of a customer — for example, their CRM contacts — we act as a data processor under a data-processing agreement (DPA), and the customer remains the controller of that data.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority — the Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
