Privacy

This policy covers the website felesh.ai and the sign-up and sign-in of the Felesh app at panel.felesh.ai. The controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR is Aisyal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Elbestraße 15, 70376 Stuttgart, Germany, represented by the managing director, Alireza Yadegari. Email: hello@felesh.ai (subject line “Privacy”).

Data protection officer. A data protection officer is not legally required and has not been appointed. Please direct privacy requests to hello@felesh.ai with the subject line “Privacy”; they are handled equivalently.

Scope of this website. felesh.ai provides information about Felesh. The website itself offers no sign-in, no forms and no payment; accounts and sign-in live in the Felesh app, described below. Processing on the website is therefore limited to what is necessary to deliver and secure the site. Personal data that customers process in the Felesh product is governed by the agreement signed with each customer.

Felesh app accounts. When you create a Felesh account, we process the details you enter (your name, email address, mobile number, organisation name and, if you set one, a password) to create and run your account and to sign you in. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep account data for as long as the account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, except where statutory retention obligations apply. To keep you signed in, the app stores sign-in tokens in your browser, which is strictly necessary for the service you request (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Sign in with Google. You can choose to sign up or log in with your Google account. Google then shares with us your email address, your name and your Google account ID. We request no other Google data and no access to your Google services (such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts). We use this information only to create your account, confirm your email address and sign you in, and we store it with your account. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. On the sign-in pages, the Google button is loaded from Google (Google Ireland Limited), which processes your data under its own privacy policy. You can remove Felesh's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; to delete your Felesh account and its data, email hello@felesh.ai. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Felesh's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access and connection data. When you open the site, our infrastructure provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (including a truncated IP address, date and time, the requested resource, and browser and device details) to deliver the page, keep it stable and defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and working website. Retention: short-term, typically a few days.

Email contact. If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and thereafter within any statutory retention obligations.

Cookies, local storage and analytics (§ 25 TDDDG). This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or tracking. For the Felesh app, see “Felesh app accounts” above.

Recipients and processors. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA; delivered via EU data centres) for hosting, content delivery and security of the website, under Art. 28 GDPR. We disclose personal data to authorities and courts only where we are legally obliged to do so.

Transfers to third countries. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR) and, additionally, by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). A copy of the safeguards is available on request at hello@felesh.ai.

Your rights. Under Art. 15–21 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To exercise these rights, email hello@felesh.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).

No automated decision-making. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place on this website.
