One shop, two or three people, orders by message
I forgot to tell that customer their item had arrived.
Felesh in a small shop: messages get answered, promises don’t slip
This is how the shop day runs now. Three places, one person.
And at month end: which item sold most?
This is how we set up a small shop.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Days 1–2 · Prices
Enter your catalog by hand.
Prices and stock, one item at a time. Stock is what you enter yourself.
- 2 Day 3 · Messages
We connect Instagram and the website to the shop’s catalog.
Price and stock questions get answered. An order reaches you, with the reason.
- 3 Days 4–5 · The order file
Every order has a file in “Orders”.
The customer’s messages and one sentence after each delivery keep the overview current.
- 4 Day 6 · Promises
“I’ll tell you” becomes a promise with a date.
Invite your colleague first. Nothing is recorded until you press Approve. On the day, the task is on Alex’s day; a person messages the customer.
- 5 Day 7 · Saturday morning
The week, at a glance.
Open promises, drafts waiting. You can ask the brief, too.
What to bring
- Your prices, to enter by hand.
- Your Instagram login.
- Your website, if you have one.
- Your colleague’s email.

Does Felesh answer customers for me?
It answers price and stock questions on Instagram and the website widget from your catalog. Orders, discounts and anything that is your call reach you, with the reason.
Does it tell the customer their item has arrived?
No. Felesh does not message customers itself. “I’ll tell you” is a promise with a date on the order file, and on the day the task lands on your day or your colleague’s.
Does it make payment links?
No. Take payment the way you do today. Felesh keeps the order and its promise, not the payment.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
