It takes the shape of your work.
Whatever you do, it becomes a workspace for it. If your kind of work isn't there, you bring it, and Felesh adapts.
Your kind of work, in your words.
Start from your kind of work, or bring your own.
Projects, tickets and clinical files come ready-made. If yours isn't among them, name it and it becomes a work area.
Several kinds of work, side by side.
Clients, projects and commissions each get their own area and their own board, all open at once.
Your word on every button.
A commission is a commission, not a "record". The buttons and lists carry the word you chose.
A board the moment you add it.
Add a work area and its board is there, with stages that come with the kind you picked. Change them any time.
From a kind of work to a board.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Pick
Start from a kind of work.
Choose a ready-made kind, such as projects, tickets or clinical files, or start your own.
- 2 Name
Name it in your words.
Say what you do. The work area, its buttons and its stages take your word.
- 3 Board
Its board appears.
The new area opens with a board of its own. Work you add lands in its stages.
- 4 Side by side
Run several at once.
Keep every kind of work you do in the same sidebar, each one a click away.
- 5 Adapt
Change it by saying so.
Ask for a different stage name and it changes. The workspace follows how your work changes.
Where this does the most.
Maple Studio sends a poster brief, and Lena Brandt asks for a book cover. Each lands as a commission on its own board, from New to Done.
Work area · CommissionsMrs Keller comes back for a follow-up visit. Her treatment file moves from Intake to Assessment to Treatment, on a board made for clinical work.
Work area · ClinicalSee the playbook →Ryan Adams at Aster Co. reports a problem with his account. It opens as a ticket and waits in New, In progress or Waiting on customer.

And what happens instead.
- It does notIt does not guess your kind of work.InsteadYou choose a ready-made kind or name your own. Your own starts from a plain template.
- It does notIt does not invent your stages from a sentence.InsteadStages come with the kind you pick. Rename or reorder them whenever you like.
- It does notIt does not add people to your team.InsteadSetting up an area adds no one. Inviting people stays with you.
- It does notIt does not change your work behind your back.InsteadThe workspace changes when you ask it to.
What if my kind of work isn't on the list?
Name it. Any kind of work can be a work area, with a board and stages you can change. The workspace uses your word, not ours.
Can I run more than one kind of work?
Yes. Each kind is its own work area with its own board, side by side in the same sidebar.
Where do the stages come from?
From the kind you pick. Projects, tickets and clinical files each come with their own stages. You can rename and reorder them any time.
Can I change an area after I've set it up?
Yes. Tell Felesh what to change, such as renaming a stage, or change it yourself on the board.
Do I need to set everything up first?
No. Add one area, use it, and add the next when you need it.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
