Open roles, dozens of candidates, hiring managers to chase
A great candidate took another offer while we were still scheduling.
Felesh for recruiters: every candidate on one board, every interview on a date
This is how hiring runs now. Three places, one person.
And on Friday: who is still waiting on us?
This is how we set up a recruiter’s workspace.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Hiring
We switch on Hiring.
Tell Felesh you hire candidates. It sets up the board with the stages Applied, Screening, Interview and Offer.
- 2 Day 2 · Candidates
One board per open role, one file per candidate.
Start with your biggest open role. Import your candidates and check every row before it goes in. The CV sits on the candidate’s file.
- 3 Day 3 · Interviews
An interview is a task with a time.
Tell Felesh about an interview. Nothing is recorded until you say yes. You set the reminder time on the task, in the panel.
- 4 Days 4–5 · Hiring managers
Your hiring managers hear when an offer sits.
Invite the manager in the panel; they join your workspace as an operator. Then build one rule once. When an offer sits for 5 days, they get a notice in the app.
- 5 Days 6–7 · Friday
Friday: who is still waiting.
Move candidates as news comes, and give a reason when you reject; it stays on the file. Then set up the brief once. You can ask it, too.

Does Felesh contact my candidates?
No. It sets a dated task and a reminder for you. Reaching the candidate stays with you.
Does it replace my ATS?
It has no ATS link and no job-board feed. It gives each open role a board and each candidate a file, with their CV, notes and history.
Can a hiring manager outside my team get a notice?
Only if you invite them to your workspace in the panel. The notice arrives in the app, never by email or text.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
