A few people, one inbox, the same questions all day
We answered the same question forty times this week.
Felesh for a support desk: the same question, answered from your docs
This is how the desk runs now. Three places, one inbox.
And at 5 pm: who is still waiting?
This is how we set up a support desk.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Start
We turn on the inbox and Support.
You say “customer questions and tickets”. The inbox and a board with New, In progress and Waiting on customer are set up.
- 2 Day 2 · Docs
Your documents are the answers.
Upload your help pages and policies as PDF, Markdown, text or JSON. Felesh answers from what they say.
- 3 Days 3–4 · The inbox
Questions arrive with the answer, or the reason.
Connect the website widget, then Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram, and invite the person who takes hand-offs. Everything lands in one inbox. A question your documents answer is marked “Answered”. When they say nothing, the chat is marked “Needs you” and waits for a person, with the reason.
- 4 Days 5–6 · Tickets
A ticket for what needs work.
Read the hand-offs and their reasons. From a chat, you click “New ticket”. Felesh drafts it and nothing is recorded until you approve. Then the follow-up is a task for a colleague. Where it handed off, add the missing answer to your documents.
- 5 Day 7 · Friday
Tickets still open, every Friday.
You build a routine once, in the app, that runs every Friday and finds the tickets still open.
What to bring
- Your help pages and policies.
- Your website, for the chat widget.
- Your Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram login.
- The email of the colleague who takes hand-offs.

Does Felesh answer any question?
Only what your documents say. When they say nothing, or the customer asks for a person, the chat waits in “Needs you” with the reason.
Does it create tickets by itself?
No. You click “New ticket” on a chat, Felesh drafts it from the conversation, and nothing is recorded until you approve.
Which channels does it cover?
Your website chat widget, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram, all in one inbox. It does not read email.
