Everyone's whole story, in one look.
Every message, call and promise in one record, with an overview that rewrites itself as things happen.
Overview, history, promises.
The overview, kept current.
A short paragraph and a Right now list say where things stand. When it falls behind, the record says so, and Re-analyze refreshes it.
Everything that happened.
History lists each change on the record, newest first, with who made it. Felesh's own changes show their source.
One person, every way to reach them.
Email, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram sit together on one person, so you do not keep a second card for each handle.
What we know, and who said so.
Facts, commitments and notes are kept apart, and each shows whether you or Felesh added it.
From overview to promises.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Overview
See it in one look.
The overview, what is happening right now, and how to reach the person, on one page.
- 2 History
Everything, newest first.
Each change with who made it. A draft waiting for your yes is marked as a draft.
- 3 Notes
Notes stay as written.
A note is saved exactly as you wrote it. Pin the one that matters.
- 4 Promises
What we owe.
What you owe and what was promised to them, with what is outstanding.
- 5 Refresh
Update the overview.
When the overview is out of date, Re-analyze writes a new one.
Where this does the most.
Noah comes back about a custom order he asked about last month. His record shows what he asked for, what you promised him, and the note you wrote.
One record · NoahSee the playbook →Ryan Adams at Aster Co. writes in for the third time. You open his record and see what changed, who changed it, and what is still owed.
History · who did whatSee the playbook →Lena Brandt asks where her application stands. The overview tells you in a few lines, and the note from your last conversation is there as you wrote it.

And what you see instead.

What is on a record?
An overview, History, Notes, Tasks, lines, sources and files. The rail shows how to reach the person.
Does the overview update by itself?
When you approve a draft from Felesh, the overview is rewritten from it. After a plain note or a direct edit it stays as it is, tells you it is out of date, and Re-analyze refreshes it.
Who added what?
History shows who made each change: you, a member, Felesh or the system. Felesh's changes carry their evidence and source.
Can one person have several ways to reach them?
Yes. Email, phone, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp can sit on one person, and a new handle joins the person it matches.
Are the messages on the record?
No. Messages stay in the inbox. The record holds what you and Felesh took from them: facts, notes and promises.
