Use cases/A small business

Ten to fifty people, one office, everyone on everything

I only find out something was dropped when the customer calls.

Felesh for a small business: every job has an owner and a date

Today

This is how the work gets done now. Three places, nobody sure.

Now
Who is doing what lives in everyone’s head.
The promises sit in chats and sticky notes.
“I’ll do it today” stays a thought.

And on Friday: what was dropped?

How many people fit on which plan?

Starter fits up to 3 people, Team up to 10, and Business is for more than that. Starter is too small for a business of ten to fifty.

Is it a project tool?

No. There is no Gantt chart and no time tracking. Work is a record with an owner, a stage and a dated task.

Can I see who has too much on?

Yes. A dashboard template shows open tasks by person, and you can ask the assistant what is open for one person.

Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
