Your words, not ours.
Your categories, tags, names and reasons. Felesh uses them as they are and never invents its own.
Your lists. Your spelling.
Your lists, in your spelling.
Categories, tags, reasons and priorities, each written the way you say them. Every one of them is your word.
Shown as you wrote it.
Ask for it in your own phrasing and it is drafted with your category and your tag, spelled your way. The record and the board show the same words.
It never invents its own.
Say "brand refresh" and, where Branding is on your list, the record is drafted under Branding. Felesh has no categories of its own to offer.
Reasons, in your words.
When work is on hold, the reason is one of yours, such as "Waiting on their budget". It reads the same in the record and on the board.
From your lists to your records.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Lists
Start from your lists.
Categories, tags, reasons and priorities are yours to write. Rename what is there to the words you already use.
- 2 Write
Write them your way.
Type your own word over the label that is there. None of them is fixed.
- 3 Chat
Add a word by saying so.
Tell Felesh to add a tag and it joins your list. Adding to your lists is your call, and Felesh never adds one on its own.
- 4 Filed
Records use your words.
When Felesh drafts a record, it picks from your lists only. The draft waits for your yes before it is saved.
- 5 Not on your list
A word that isn't there is left out.
Nothing new is created. To use it, add it to your list in Vocabulary.
Where this does the most.
You tell Felesh to mark Maple Studio as a brand refresh. The record is drafted under Branding, the word on your list, and waits for your yes.
Ready for you · BrandingNoah is back for a third order. Say to tag him and the draft uses Repeat client, the tag you already have, not a label Felesh made up.

Does Felesh ever create its own categories or tags?
No. Every category, tag, reason and priority comes from your lists. Felesh picks from them and never adds one.
What happens when I use a word that isn't on my lists?
Nothing new is created and the field is left empty on the draft. To use the word, add it to your list in Vocabulary.
Can I rename the labels that are there?
Yes. Categories, tags, reasons and priorities can all be written in your own words, and you can change them whenever you like.
Do I confirm records that use my words?
Yes. Felesh prepares the record as a draft, using words from your lists, and it waits for your yes.
Can I add a word by chatting?
