Nothing made up. Everything with its reason.
Every change carries its reason, every answer comes from your real facts, and the history can't be rewritten.
Reasons you can read.
A reason with every AI change.
When Felesh changes a record, the reason sits beside the change. A reason is only recorded when the AI makes the change.
Everything that happened, newest first.
Each record keeps its history, newest first, with who did it: you, the AI agent or the system. A draft shows as a draft until you approve it.
Facts with where they came from.
A fact read from a web page shows the site it came from. Records that draw on your knowledge have a Sources tab, and it says so when none are cited yet.
It says when it doesn't know.
A question outside what you taught it is not guessed at. They are told so, and the conversation is handed to a person.
From a change to its reason.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Reason
The reason is beside it.
Every draft carries how it got here and what Felesh knew, so you can judge the change before you approve it.
- 2 History
The record keeps its history.
Open a record's History tab to see what happened to it, newest first, with receipts such as Evidence and Source.
- 3 Source
Facts come with a source.
A fact keeps its source. On a record with none, the Sources tab says No sources cited yet.
- 4 Ask
It answers from what you've told it.
A customer asks in your chat, and the answer comes from the facts you gave Felesh.
- 5 Don't know
Or it says so.
When the facts do not cover the question, it says it doesn't have that information and offers a colleague.
Where this does the most.
Aster Co. moves to Review after Ryan asked for changes on the call. The history shows who moved it and why, so anyone on the team can see how the record got here.
Reason · from the callSee the playbook →A customer asks on your website chat whether you deliver on Sunday. Your delivery facts do not say, so Felesh tells her so and hands the chat to you.
Handed to a personSee the playbook →A customer asks what deposit was agreed. The answer is the one you stored, 30%, paid on signing, not a guess.
Answered · from your factsSee the playbook →What this does not do.
And what happens instead.
- It does notIt does not make up answers.InsteadWhen it has no fact for a question, it says so and hands the conversation to a person.
- It does notIt does not give a reason for changes people make.InsteadA reason is recorded when the AI makes the change. Your own edits appear in the history as yours.
- It does notIt does not promise it is never wrong.InsteadIt answers from what you taught it, and you can read the reason before you approve a draft.
- It does notIt does not show a source under customer answers.InsteadSources sit with the facts on your records, and the reason travels with every AI change.
Where do the answers come from?
From what you've told Felesh: your prices, policies and documents. It states only facts it has, and doesn't invent details, prices or promises.
What happens when it doesn't know?
It tells the customer it doesn't have that information and offers to connect them with a colleague. The conversation lands in your inbox as Needs you.
Does every change have a reason?
Every change the AI makes does. Changes people make have none recorded, and Felesh's reports say so plainly.
Can I see what happened to a record?
Yes. The History tab lists everything that happened on the record, newest first, and who did it.
Does it show where a fact came from?
A fact read from a web page shows that site's name. Records that use your knowledge have a Sources tab.
