Several recruiters, many clients, one shared pipeline
Two of us called the same candidate about two different jobs.
Felesh for a recruitment agency: one pipeline, and you can see who has each candidate
This is how the agency runs now. Three places, several people.
And on Friday: what do we tell each client?
This is how we set up an agency’s workspace.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Hiring
We switch on Hiring for the agency.
Tell Felesh you hire candidates for clients. It sets up the board with the stages Applied, Screening, Interview and Offer.
- 2 Day 2 · Stages
Your stages, your words.
The owner renames the stages in the panel, so the board reads the way your agency talks.
- 3 Days 3–4 · Owners
Every candidate has an owner.
Invite your recruiters in the panel and give each one their candidates as Owner. Import your candidates from the sheets; you check every row before it goes in.
- 4 Days 5–6 · Clients
One record per candidate and client role.
Each role is its own record with an Owner, and the client company attached. Before you call, ask who has Noah, or open the candidate’s page, to see every open role and whose it is.
- 5 Day 7 · Friday
Friday: what to tell each client.
On Thursday night, build the routine once: find the candidates submitted to a client, ask Felesh to sum them up, and a notice reaches the recruiter in the app. You can ask it, too.
What to bring
- Your candidate sheets, one per recruiter.
- The names of your clients and open roles.
- Your recruiters’ emails.

Does Felesh stop two recruiters calling the same candidate?
It does not raise an alert. It shows who has them. Each role has an Owner, and the candidate’s page lists every open role, so you can see before you call.
Can I see the board for one client?
Each record carries the client company and an Owner. The board filters by Owner and by who is unassigned.
Can I use my own stage names?
Yes. The owner renames the stages in the panel.
