The right questions, every time.
The questions you always need answered, asked the same way. They sit beside the conversation, you pick the answers, and after review they become tags and a note.
Written once, asked the same way.
Your call script, written once.
Name the form, add the questions one by one, and make it the default. Each question is one you ask every time.
The same options, every time.
Keep your options in lists and reuse them across forms. Felesh picks from the same lists when it drafts from a conversation.
Answers become tags and a note.
Your picks become tags from your own lists, and anything typed goes into the note. Nothing is saved until you approve.
Ask before the chat starts.
On your website chat, collect a name or a phone number before the conversation begins. Each field is kept on the person's record.
From your questions to the record.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Build
Write your questions.
Add a question, choose how it is answered (pick one, pick several, long text, number or date), and set the form to Active.
- 2 Lists
Give each question its options.
Put the answers you expect into a list. Mark a question Always ask, and reuse the same list in other forms.
- 3 Call
Answer it as you talk.
The form opens next to Felesh while you work on a record. You pick the answers; filling it in is optional.
- 4 Review
Check what it will record.
Your answers show as question and answer, with your note. Approve and save, or discard.
- 5 Website
Ask first on your site chat.
Turn on the form in your chat settings, choose the fields and where each one is kept, and set a label for skipping it.

What kinds of questions can I ask?
Pick one, pick several, long text, number and date. Options live in lists you name, and a question can be set to Always ask.
Does Felesh fill the form in from the call?
No. You pick the answers while you work. Felesh only picks from the same lists when it drafts from a conversation.
What happens to the answers?
Choices become tags from the question's own list. Dates, numbers and text go into the note. All of it waits on a review card until you approve.
Can I have more than one form?
Yes. Each board keeps its own forms, one marked Default, and any of them can be turned Active or Off.
Can I ask for a name or phone number before the website chat starts?
Yes. It is a separate form in your chat settings. Choose Text, Email, Phone or Number fields, say where each is kept, and set a label for skipping it.
