Terms of service

Felesh is provided by Aisyal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Elbestraße 15, 70376 Stuttgart, Germany. Our terms of service are being finalized with counsel ahead of general availability; engagements today are governed by the agreement signed with each customer.

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants (Kaufleute) is Stuttgart; any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. A signed agreement may state otherwise.
