Scope. This website exists to provide information about Felesh and its plans; it does not itself offer user accounts. Accounts are created in the Felesh app, and how we handle account data, including sign-in with Google, is described in our privacy policy. Prices shown on the site are for information; the agreement signed with each customer governs the service, its fees and its terms.

Content and trademarks. Unless otherwise noted, the content, text and design elements on this website are protected by copyright. Brand and product names are used without any warranty as to their free usability.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants (Kaufleute) is Stuttgart. Any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. A separately signed agreement may provide otherwise.
