Your numbers, from day one.
Dashboards that open on live numbers the first day, and questions you build once that every board follows.
Templates, questions, one source.
Start from a template.
Templates come with your workspace's features. Adding one makes a copy of your own to edit, or you start from an empty dashboard.
Open on your numbers.
Dashboards are set up with your workspace and read your own records. Numbers are live, and any number opens the records behind it.
Against the last period.
Pick a period and switch on Compare with previous. Each figure then says how it moved, in plain words, without red and green.
Build a question once.
A saved question can sit on as many dashboards as you like. Change it once and every board that uses it follows, or save a changed copy and leave the rest alone.
From a template to your own question.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Gallery
See your dashboards.
Each one shows its key figure and how many cards it holds.
- 2 Templates
Add one from a template.
Templates match the features your workspace has. Adding one gives you a new copy that is yours to edit.
- 3 Period
Choose the period, compare.
Set the period, then compare with the one before. Without a period there is nothing to compare, and the card says so.
- 4 Add
Add a card from your library.
Pick from a topic or from the questions you have already saved. A card already on the dashboard is marked.
- 5 Edit
Change it once.
Edit the question, check the preview, save. Every dashboard that uses it shows the change.
Where this does the most.
On Monday you want to know how this month compares with last. Open the dashboard, set the period to this month, and compare. The figures come from your own records.
This month · compared with lastSee the playbook →The team lead wants one question on both the daily board and the weekly one. Build it once and add it to both. When the question changes, both boards change with it.

Will my dashboards have numbers on the first day?
Dashboards are set up with your workspace and read your own records, so they open on whatever you already have. A workspace with no records shows "No data yet" until some arrive.
Can I click a number to see where it comes from?
Yes. Click a bar, slice or cell and the records behind it open, with a link to the list and an export.
What happens when I edit a saved question?
Every dashboard that uses it changes. If you would rather keep the others as they are, save the edit as a new question.
Can I build my own cards?
Yes. Choose what to show, how to group it, the filters and the period, and check the preview before you save. No code.
Can it show how the AI is doing?
Yes. A ready dashboard shows what the AI did, by kind of action and over time, and the reasons it gave. It notes how many changes have no reason recorded.
