Say it once, after the call.
A sentence, a voice note, a photo or a link becomes the note, the promise, the task and the next stage.
Said once, drafted, approved.
A sentence is enough.
Say what happened in your own words. Felesh drafts the note, the promise and a suggested stage from it.
Or a voice note, a photo, a link.
A voice note is transcribed first, and you read it before you send. A photo or a link works the same way. Pages that need a login aren't read.
Dates from what you said.
A date you mention becomes a due date. When you gave none, the promise is kept and no task is made.
Nothing is saved until you say yes.
The draft waits for you. A stage is only suggested, and it moves when you approve.
From a call to the record.
Five steps, in this order.
- 1 Say it
Say what happened.
Open the record, write a sentence, or add a voice note, a photo or a link. Then send it to Felesh.
- 2 Record
Or record it.
A voice note is transcribed first. Send is available once the transcript is ready.
- 3 Draft
Read what it made.
One summary of the changes, then each item in turn, the note, the commitment, the task and the stage.
- 4 Fix
Correct it in words.
Say what should change, and the draft is rewritten. Nothing has been saved yet.
- 5 Save
Approve, and it lands.
The task appears on your list, unassigned. You choose who takes it.
Where this does the most.
Mrs Keller says on the phone she'll pick up her order on Friday. You say it once. The promise and the task to set it aside are drafted and wait for your yes.

What can I give it after a call?
A sentence, a voice note, a photo or a link. Whichever you choose, the result is a draft you read before it is saved.
How does a voice note work?
It is transcribed first, and you can send it once the transcript is ready. The transcript is marked as coming from a voice memo.
Does it save my notes and tasks on its own?
No. It drafts the note, the promise, the dated task and a suggested stage, then waits for your yes. You can also ask for changes in words or discard the draft.
Does it set an owner or a reminder?
No. The task comes unassigned, and you set the owner. Dates come from what you said, and only when you said one.
Can it read a link that needs a sign-in?
No. Pages that require signing in can't be read, so give it a page that opens without one.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
