Three chairs, four to six people
The patient had a cleaning and left; we never heard from them again.
Felesh in a dental clinic: recalls become calls with a date
This is how the clinic runs now. Three places, one receptionist.
When the receptionist changes, the follow-ups leave with her.
This is how we set up a dental clinic.
Five pieces, in this order.
- 1 Day 1 · Start
You choose Treatment files.
You say “patients and recalls”. Felesh offers a board with Intake, Assessment, Treatment and Follow-up, and you confirm it.
- 2 Day 2 · The patient files
The patient list, as it is.
Bring the list you have. You see every row before it goes in. Each patient gets a file with its history.
- 3 Day 3 · After each patient
One sentence after each patient.
Tell Felesh what happened. It drafts a note on the file and the stage move. Nothing is saved until you say yes.
- 4 Days 4–5 · Recalls
A recall is a call with a date.
Invite the receptionist, then set the date. The task lands on her list, and you set a reminder time on it in the panel. A person makes the call.
- 5 Days 6–7 · The front desk
The front desk answers the rest.
Upload your hours and services. Felesh answers only from what you taught it. When the documents do not say, the question reaches reception, with the reason. Connect Instagram too. On Saturday, set up the weekly brief for files still in follow-up.

Does it text the patient the recall?
No. The recall is a task with a date on the receptionist’s list. A person makes the call.
Do we re-enter our Excel list?
No. Import it and check every row before it goes in.
What happens to a clinical question on the website?
Felesh answers only from the documents you uploaded. Where they say nothing, it goes to reception with the reason. It also works on Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
Hand it the work. Keep the decisions.
